Thankfully the voice of the people is sometimes heard!
Let us begin to repair. To build, to grow.
Let us hope that visions of billions in contracts don't corrupt.
I have my doubts...but let us start from positive.

I just hope it works out and they can rebuild and *everybody* who was displaced gets the chance to come back home.
